1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Weblisting.ch platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Contractual Relationship and Role as Intermediary

Weblisting.ch is an online marketplace and business directory. The operator does not provide any services itself but facilitates contracts between end customers and service providers (hereinafter "Vendors"). Contracts for services or bookings are formed exclusively directly between the customer and the respective Vendor.

3. Registration and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account details and passwords confidential. All activities carried out through your account are attributed to you. New Vendor registrations are reviewed administratively and only activated after successful verification.

4. Permitted Industries and Prohibited Content

The platform serves to facilitate legal services (e.g. trades, beauty, gastronomy, coaching) as well as online trade in goods. Strictly prohibited are offers from the following areas:

• Erotic services: Any form of erotic services, escort services, prostitution, erotic massages, or sexually explicit service offerings is strictly prohibited. (Note: Pure online trade in erotic goods/products through a lawful online shop is, however, permitted.)
• Illegal goods: Trade in weapons, narcotics (drugs), or prescription medications.
• Unlawful content: Racist, discriminatory, violence-glorifying, or defamatory listings.

In the event of violations, the account will be suspended without notice. There is no entitlement to a refund of fees already paid.

5. Rates, Subscriptions, and Commissions

For Vendors, the rates and commission rates of the selected membership plan apply (e.g. Basic: 15%, Starter: 12%, Business: 10%, Premium: 5% commission per successful booking). Subscription fees are billed in advance. One-time payments for advertising and promotion packages (Promo) are non-refundable once activated.

6. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Online payments are processed through our payment partner Stripe. End customers are charged directly at the time of booking. In the event of cancellations by the customer through their dashboard, the individual cancellation deadlines of the respective Vendor apply. Eligible refunds are automatically credited back to the payment method originally used. Payouts to the Vendor's bank account must be requested manually through the Vendor Portal and are made only after the booked appointment has been successfully completed.

7. Account Deletion

Users and Vendors may request deletion of their account at any time. The request must be submitted through the internal Support Ticket System in the respective dashboard. Full deletion takes place within 30 days, unless statutory retention periods (e.g. for financial transaction data or billing records) prevent this.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. The operator is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of the services offered by Vendors, nor for damages resulting from system outages.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the platform operator.
